How to Buy?
  1. Place a bid on the vehicle you are interested in on our portal. Auctions from Swiss insurance companies are only tenders. No bidder sees the prices offered by other participants (sealed-bid auctions). REMEMBER! YOUR BIDS ARE BINDING AND IF AWARDED, PAYMENT IS REQUIRED
  2. In the event of winning an auction, the bidder will be informed in the customer panel immediately after the end and additionally by email. The exception is Allianz insurance company auctions (always ending at 14:59:59 from Monday to Friday), where we do not receive information about the win directly after the end but wait for the result up to 30 days. The bidder will also be notified of a win from Allianz in the customer panel. There are also situations where the bidder may receive the bid vehicle "from second place" - only SCC insurance company.
  3. After winning the auction, we wait up to 30 days for the awarded vehicle to be granted. The decision is usually made in the first 2 weeks after the auction ends. The seller (through the insurance company) determines within 30 days whether the awarded vehicle is sold. If 30 days pass and the auction status does not change to "awarded," it means the seller did not accept the offer.
  4. Settle the purchase and complete the buyer’s data on our portal by sending the appropriate documents, which you will be informed about via email. Make an international transfer in foreign currency (CHF). Cash payment is also possible upon vehicle delivery. You will receive instructions from us at the email provided during registration.
  5. We deliver the awarded vehicle to the specified address. The vehicle comes to you with a complete set of documents needed for registration in Poland (original vehicle document, purchase invoice, customs clearance, transport invoice). The remaining costs, such as excise duty, translations, possibly an expert opinion, diagnostics, and the communication department, are costs that the client pays on their own. We cooperate with a company that helps our clients with formalities related to paying excise duty as well as vehicle registration and insurance.
